Mr. Mike Siountres leads the team with
more than 45 years in the hospitality
industry. His impeccable concern for
cleanliness, service and quality control are

In addition to Mike’s excellence and
years of experience and knowledge, Mr.
Gus Siountres who holds an Honours
B.A with a specialty in H.R. has over
twenty years experience in the Service
and Hospitality Industry as well as
Municipal Recreation. Gus’s high
standards for customer service,
administration and training is a “winwin”

The 800 to 1,200 Sq Ft restaurants are decorated
invitingly and highlighted by the red and gold
lettering that is repeated on the Pita Factory
wrapper. Our average seating capacity of 20 to 30
guests is complemented by a stand-up counter.

Staff are specially trained to be friendly and
helpful at all times, and to offer guests a pleasant
and efficient dining experience.
They are dressed
in uniforms that include black caps, black aprons,
khaki trousers and black golf or t-shirts. The caps,
aprons and shirts are embroidered with the Pita
Factory Logo in gold lettering.
